Normal wear is expected
Scuffs and light marks from a normal move are completely fine — we never charge for everyday wear and tear.
Only charged at replacement cost
A crate is only charged if it's broken beyond repair or goes missing, and only at its actual replacement cost — never a penalty.
No hidden fees
No admin fees, no cleaning fees, no surprises. What you see at checkout is what you pay.
How the refund works
Simple, and fully refundable.

We collect the crates from your door when you're finished.
